Archery Awards![]() HOYT ARCHERY ARCHERY ACADEMY and HIGHLAND ARCHERY were presented with a gold plated HOYT TRYKON compound bow at the Archery Trade Show in Indianapollis Indianna U.S.A. in 2006 for their continuing promotion of HOYT ARCHERY. ![]() EASTON ARCHERY Following a visit to our facility by EASTON president Greg Easton we were surprised and pleased to receive a beautifully mounted print celebrating 85 years of EASTON as the world leading arrow shaft manufacturer and innovator,showing 3 generations of the EASTON family who have led and built the company, starting with Doug Easton, followed by his son Jim, and now by his grandson Greg. The print shows all three of the Easton family with the evolution of the arrow shafts from a 4 footed wood arrow, the original 24SRT aluminum shaft, and an actual X10 Protour arrow featuring a gold plated nock pin and point and marked with a special 85th Anniversary logo indicating 1 of 100. THE PRINT IS PROUDLY DISPLAYED IN OUR SHOWROOM ![]() HALL OF FAME John and Gretel Dabovich received an AWARD of MERIT from the AUSTRALIAN ARCHERY HALL of FAME. The award recognized their many years of continuous service to archery in administration, retailing and promotion, and as elite archers who have given time and support to enthusiastically give back to the sport both nationally and in South Australia. This award was totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated. THIS AWARD IS PROUDLY DISPLAYED IN OUR SHOWROOM
![]() GRETEL DABOVICH OAM Gretel Dabovich has been recognized in the Queens birthday honors with the award of Order of Australia Medal ( OAM ). In 1983 Gretel won the Open Unlimited Amateur Women's Compound event at the prestigious Las Vegas Indoor tournament after having been runner up in the previous year. She maintained her involvement from 2005 - 2008 while being treated for Non Hodgkins Lymphoma from which she is currently in remission.
